2.1 You authorise Zengo and its licensed pharmacists to verify your prescription with the prescribing doctor or relevant authority if necessary.

2.2 You permit Zengo to store a digital copy of the prescription for regulatory compliance and recordkeeping purposes, in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3.1 You voluntarily provide your medical information for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3.2 You understand that such information may be shared only with:

• Licensed pharmacists for order verification

• Government authorities if legally required

• Logistics partners for delivery, where necessary

4.1 You agree to use the medicines only as prescribed by your doctor.

6.2 Withdrawal of consent will result in order cancellation for prescription medicines.
